Abstract

Tading of human body organs rampantly even thought it can threaten the
safaty of people selling their body organs. The research aims to reveal the
law enforcement of human body organs trading in Indonesia, to identify
what kind of law applies to these perpetrators, and to identify the
obstaclesfaced by law enforces in tackling this human body organ
trading.
The research method is a juridical normative approach. The research
spesification is descriptive analysis. There are two types of data as the the
sources, namely primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed
throught normative qualitative, a research result discussion, and an
explanation based on theories and laws and regulations.
The research result reveals that law enforcement in Indonesia is not
completely well enforced. Many people sell their body organs just
because of economic factors. The difficult economic condition triggers
many people to quickly get money throught that way, whereas in Law
Number 36 of 2009, it has deary regulated the prohibition of human
body organ trading in any argument
