Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work environment, and locus of control on employee performance. The population of the study was employees of PT Cebong Kayuindo Ajibarang. There were 150 respondents taken with accidental sampling method, and the data were obtained used a questionnaire, and used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline, work environment, and locus of control simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, internal locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and external locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance.
