This study aims to determine the socio-economic characteristics of lowland rice farmers using farmer cards in Linggasari Village, problems of lowland rice farmers when using farmer cards as a transaction tool for purchasing subsidized fertilizers in Linggasari Village, solutions to solving problems using farmer cards in lowland rice farmers in fertilizer purchase transactions. subsidized in Linggasari Village. The method used in this research is a descriptive survey method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The analytical method used is descriptive and simple statistics regarding the problems and solutions of rice farmers using farmer cards in Linggasari Village.
The results of this study indicate that the socio-economic characteristics of rice farmers who use farmer cards in Linggasari Village include gender, age, education level, area of land cultivated, length of farming and occupation. Problems using the resulting farmer cards include farmers forgetting pin numbers, empty farmer card balances, farmers stuttering on technology, missing farmer cards, farmers borrowing cards from each other, fertilizer quotas running out. The solution to the problem of using the farmer's card includes confirmation of Bank BRI Dukuhwaluh, supporting facilities and infrastructure, socialization, reporting to related parties, agreement of both parties and non-subsidies.
