The final project report on the evaluation of the direct expenditure cash disbursement system on dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan purbalingga has been carried out in the even semester of 2021 as a form of written evidence that it has carried out field work practices. Aims to find out how the cash disbursement system, especially direct spending on dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan purbalingga is in accordance with the regulation of the minister of home affairs number 13 of 2006. With this aim, the data collection method is through two sources of data, namely data obtained directly which includes interviews or direct interviews with one of the employees and observations by looking for sources - supporting sources of practical work reports. As well as indirect data which includes archival documents and literature studies in the form of books related to direct cash expenditures. The evaluation results show that dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan purbalingga has implemented a direct cash disbursement system efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the system and procedures for disbursing cash expenditures directly on dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan purbalingga have been implemented properly and in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs number 13 of 2006. The expenditure system includes issuance of letters of provision of funds, submission of payment requests, issuance of orders to pay, issuance of letters orders for disbursement of funds, issuance of a letter of accountability.
