Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out the effect between students’ learning styles on reading comprehension achievement at the first grade of SMK MuliaBaktiPurwokerto in academic year 2017-2018.This research uses causal comparative design. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires and documentation, the questionnaires are distributed to the students of class X and the documentation comes from the score of students’ reading comprehension obtained from their English teacher. This research uses ANOVA Test on SPSS 24.0 in analyzing data of questionnaires result and students’ reading comprehension score. The result showed that F-value (Fo) = 2.834 is lower than F-table (Ft) = 3.252 and significant value = 0.072 is higher than alpha value (0.05). It can be concluded that there is no significant effect between students’ learning style on students’ reading comprehension achievement.
