Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human relation, motivation, and
job satisfactio on the performance of nurse RST Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. This type of
research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using a census with a population
of 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression
analysis. The results of data analysis show that variable human relation has a significant
effect on performance, motivation has a significant effect on performance and job
satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. Based on the results of data
analysis, it shows that the variableshuman relation, motivation, and job satisfaction
affect the performance variables.
