This study aims to empirically prove the effect of intellectual capital disclosure, institutional ownership, leverage and asymmetric information on cost of equity capital. The population used in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in year 2017-2019. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis tool was using multiple linear regression. The result of this study showed that both intellectual capital disclosure and institutional ownership has a negative effect on cost of equity capital, while both leverage and asymmetric information has no effect on cost of equity capital. The implications of this research are expected to provide information for users of financial statements.
