This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, firm age and timeliness on profit growth. The population used in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique. The sample data obtained are 13 companies with 52 annual reports that meet the criteria. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that company size, company age and timeliness have no effect on profit growth.
