This research aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of Intellectual Capital, Profit Sharing Financing, and Capital Structure on Financial Performance in Islamic Commercial Banks in 2011-2018. The dependent variable in this research is Financial Performance, while the independent variables are Intellectual Capital, Profit Sharing Financing, and Capital Structure. The population in this study is Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in 2011-2018. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method and obtained 13 Islamic Commercial Banks that were included in the sampling criteria. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results show that Intellectual Capital has a positive effect on Financial Performance. Profit Sharing Financing does not have a positive effect on Financial Performance, while Capital Structure does not have a significant negative effect on Financial Performance.
