Abstract
This study aims to (1) determine the feasibility of the subject module of Muhammadiyah; (2) Knowing the responses of teachers and students after using the Inquiry-Based HOTS-Oriented Kemuhammadiyahan Learning Module; and (3) Knowing the effectiveness of using the Inquiry-Based HOTS-Oriented Kemuhammadiyahan Learning Module. This type of research is research and development with the following steps: 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, 6) product trial, 8 ) trial use, 9) product revision and, 10) mass production. The subjects of the research were seventh grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto whose address is at Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan No.6 Purwokerto. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data collected were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The effectiveness test was carried out by experimental pretest - posttest control group design. The results showed that the expert's assessment of the module showed that the module was feasible to use with a valid percentage of 75%, while the effectiveness test with the n-gain value showed the effective category, namely 0.5502 > 0.07. Thus the Kemuhammadiyahan module is feasible to use.
