This research aimed to find out “The Code-Switching and Code-Mixing of Language in the Characters' Speeches of Yowes Ben 2 Film by Fajar Nugros and Bayu Skak On Ilfix”. The data of this descriptive code-switching and code-mixing forms and the causing factors and qualitative research were the speeches ofthe characters which contained code-switching and code-mixing. The data supply method used was observation method with the basic technique of recording technique then followed by observation non-participatory method and noting technique. Meanwhile, the data analysis of this research used the distributional method with the basictechnique of immediate constituent analysis then continued with substitution technique, and the identity methodused dividing key-factors technique then continued with equalizing technique. The data analysis results were then presented informally and they showed some code-switching and code-mixing forms and the causing factors in thespeeches of the characters. The forms of code-switching included: Bahasa Indonesia into Javanese, Javanese into Bahasa Indonesia, Sundanese into Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Indonesia into Sundanese, and speech level,while the forms of code-mixing included: inserting the elements of word, phrase, baster, and word repetitions. On the other hand, the causing factors of code-switching included: the speakers, the listeners, the change of situation due to the third party, and the change of speaking topic, while the causing factor of code-mixing included: the speakers' attitude background
