Abstract
This study aims to find out the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) and the level of public satisfaction of BPJS and Non-BPJS users towards services in the Puskesmas Purwokerto Barat. The research method used was descriptive quantitative, using quantitative data type. The population in this study was patients of Puskesmas Purwokerto Barat who used BPJS and Non-BPJS. The sampling method used was a purposive sampling of 100 people. The data were analyzed using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) based on the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform Number: KEMENPAN-RB/14/2017, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) then elaborated into Cartesian Diagram. The results showed that the quality of service in Puskesmas Purwokerto Barat is good. This is indicated by the calculation of the IKM value of 78.75 in BPJS patients and the IKM value of 77.75 in Non-BPJS patients included in good intervals. The average level of conformity between the level of performance and the level of interest obtained from the research results of 92.77 in BPJS and 92.96 in Non-BPJS is close to 100% so that it can be concluded in its entirety that the implementation of performance with the level of interest fall into the category of "appropriate", meaning that the expectations of the service recipient community have been met well. The assessment of BPJS and non-BPJS service quality indicators in Puskesmas Purwokerto Barat is carried out with Importance Performance Analysis obtained, the priority indicators in the service are (1) Service Completion Time, (2) Implementation Competency, (3) Service Implementation Behaviour, (4) Service Facilities and Infrastructure.
