Abstract

Banyumas District Wangon Terminal was built to meet the transportation
infrastructure of Wangon City and its surroundings to support the standard of facilities
and infrastructure in the field of transportation. The purpose of this study was to find
out the level of passenger satisfaction in Wangon Terminal, Bnyumas Regency. This
research method uses servqual method with five indicators, namely: tangible,
reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The scale used in this study was the
likert scale. Calculation program used is SPSS in order to produce validity and
reliability values. And the analysis of the data used is gap. Based on the results of the
analysis obtained conclusions that the performance in the terminal has not been
satisfactory and has not been in accordance with the expectations of passengers of The
Wangon Terminal Banyumas Regency with a gap negatife (-1.19) = dissatisfied
between performance and expectations (3.50 with 4.69).
