This study examines the effect of intellectual capital, environmental performance, number of sharia supervisory council meetings, and the size of the sharia supervisory board towards social performance proxied the company's social performance. This study's population are Islamic banking companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during 2008-2019. This study's samples are 14 Islamic banking listed in Financial Services Authority selected by using purposive sampling method and obtained 134 observations data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression model. The results showed that intellectual capital, size of sharia supervisory board have no effect on social performance environmental performance, and the number of sharia supervisory council meetings positively affects social performance.
