Abstract
This study aims to measure economic growth, income distribution, and capital expenditure on the Human Development Index. The population of this research is all regencies / cities in West Java Province in 2016-2018. The sample used in this study were all regencies / cities in West Java Province in 2016-2018. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Economic Growth variable had no effect on the Human Development Index, the Income Distribution variable had a significant positive effect on the Human Development Index, and the Capital Expenditure variable had no effect on the Human Development Index.
