Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, firm size, free cash flow,
and company growth on dividend policy. The population in this study is the
Manufacturing Companies Listed on IDX 2016-2019. The sample in this study
uses purposive sampling techniques. Based on the criteria, 152 respondents were
sampled. The analysis technique is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test,
multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that
profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, firm size has no
significant effect on dividend policy, free cash flow has a significant positive effect
on dividend policy and company growth has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy
