Abstract

The health examination is imperative to avoid the danger of viruses and diseases that can be contagious to ourselves and the next heredity. Banyumas doesn’t have specific regulation about premarital health examination. In this writing, author researched about implementation of health examination rules for premarital in Banyumas regency based on regulation of the Indonesia Ministry of health number 97 the year 2014 about health service of the pre-pregnancy period, pregnancy period, giving birth, postpartum period, contraception service, and sexual health. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the application of health examination rules for premarital in Banyumas regency and to find out about the obstacle of this implementation. The method of approach used is juridical empirical with the specification of analytical descriptive research. The data that used are consisting of primary and secondary data that obtained through library studies, observations and interviews with the resource and then the legal material will be drafted into a whole unit. In the implementation of health examination rules, there are different procedures at each public health center according to policy and service standars. As for the obstacle that occur is the implementation of premarital course. However, the implementation of health examination has been done quite well. Whereas Banyumas doesn’t have any specific regulation.
