This study aims to analyze the effect of satisfaction and trust on electronic word of mouth through commitment as an intervening variable. This study uses a deductive approach, the data collection method used by researchers is by distributing questionnaires. The research sample was 79 respondents. The collected data were then analyzed using SmartPLS. With the analysis of the measurement model (outer model), the structural model test (inner model) and the results are obtained to determine the recipient and rejection of the hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that satisfaction with electronic word of mouth, satisfaction with commitment and satisfaction with electronic word of mouth through commitment has no significant positive effect. Meanwhile, trust in commitment has insignificant negative effect. Trust in electronic word of mouth, commitment to electronic word of mouth and trust in electronic word of mouth through commitment have a significant positive effect.
