This study aimed to determine the encouraging factors of Indonesian female immigrant workers (TKW) form Gumelar sub-district of Banyumas Regency. This research was conducted in Sub-district of Gumelar, Banyumas Regency with a survey method. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. The samples were 82 respondents. Data collection techniques applied in this study was a questionnaire. The researcher used frequency tabulation with percentage analysis to process the data. The research results indicate that the main encouraging factors of the female immigrant workers are bigger income with a percentage of 93.90% and economic need factor with the percentage of 89.02%.
