Abstract
The purpose of this reserach was to analyze the effect of reward, punishment and job promotion on the employees performance of Sambel Layah Corporation Purwokerto. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses saturated or census sampling. The number of respondents of this research was all 120 employees of Sambel Layah Corporation Purwokerto. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the research results, it shows that reward, punishment, and job promotion have a significant effect on employee performance
