Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of using social media, motivation, leadership style and rewards on employee performance. The research population is members of the Banjarnegara Police. Sampling using purposive sampling method obtained 100 samples. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire distributed on March 25 - April 10, 2021. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, t test and F test. The results obtained that the use of social media, motivation, leadership style partially had a positive effect on employee performance, while rewards were partially partial does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the use of social media, motivation, leadership style and rewards affect employee performance.
