Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, knowledge, social capital, and financial technology on the financial inclusion of Islamic bank customers in the Purbalingga region. The population in this study were customers of BRI Syariah KCP Purbalingga, Bank Muamalat KCP Purbalingga, and Bank Jateng Syariah KCP Purbalingga. The sample selection in this study was carried out by convenience sampling. Based on the criteria, there were 198 respondents who were sampled. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that financial literacy had a negative and insignificant effect on financial inclusion and knowledge had a positive and insignificant effect on financial inclusion, while social capital and financial technology had a significant positive effect on financial inclusion.
