The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of clarity of budget
targets, accounting controls, reporting systems, and work motivation on
regional government performance accountability. The population used in
this study is the chief of financial and financial staff. Respondents in this
study were 69 respondents in the Local Government Work Unit in
Purbalingga Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple
regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Clarity of
Budget Purposes and Work Motivation does not affect the Accountability of
Regional Government Performance. Accounting control has a negative
effect on the Accountability of Regional Government Performance.
Reporting Systems affect the Performance of Local Government
Performance.
