Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of internal CSR, external CSR, and firm size on firm performance. Populations in this study were consumer goods industry sector manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2018 periods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 134 companies that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this study showed that as partial, the internal CSR has not effect on firm performance, external CSR has a positive effect on firm performance, and firm size has a negative effect on firm performance
