Abstract
The study aimed to provide an overview of the quality of PAUD
institutions based on 8 national standards in providing educational services in order to realize quality education services. The research was carried out in TK Pertiwi 2 Rempoah, Baturraden Sub-District, Banyumas Regency. This is a descriptive study using a case study method. PP instrument no. 15 of 2015 is used to collect the data concerning the second amendment to PP no.19 of 2005 which is a minimum criterion about the education system consisting of 8 standards as stated in Permendikbud no. 137 of 2014 concerning PAUD
National Standards and interviews. Qualitative approach is used to analyze the data.
The results of the study show that PAUD Institutions in the formal pathway of TK Pertiwi 2 Rempoah have good management, this can be seen in the ivision of tasks of each person in the organizational structure of the institution,
so that the management of the institution looks neat, systematic and structured. It
can be seen that effort to meet 8 national standards by Permendikbud no.137
2014 is good viewed from several indicators namely having a complete legality of
institutions, Educators and educational staffs with academic qualifications in
accordance with the standards, complete and good facilities and infrastructure, A
good learning process and financing regulated through the School Revenue and
Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBS). The education is conducted by referring to
programs arranged by institutions scheduled in the education calendar so that
they can be carried out properly and regularly. From these results, it can be
concluded that TK Pertiwi 2 Rempoah has good quality. This can be seen in the
results of accreditation of A-grade and is trusted by the Banyumas district
education and culture department as the host as well as the manager of
sustainable professional development (PKB) activities through the improvement
of learning competency (PKP) for thematic subjects in kindergarten level from
November to December 2019.
