The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Local Regional Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Economic Growth to Human Deveploment Index (HDI) at the District/City in Central Java. The sample selection in this study was 35 of District/City in Central Java. The type data used are data secondary data seourced from the report realization of APBD in 2015-2019, as well as data on the Human Deveploment Index (HDI) obtained through the official website of local goverment to state audit board (BPK) and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis,and hypostesis testing.
The results of the analysis show that Local Revenue (PAD) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) have a positive and significant effect on Human Development Index (HDI), General Allocation Fund (DAU) have a negative significant effect on Human Deveploment Index (HDI), For Growth Economic has no effect on Human Development Index (HDI).
