Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy, liquidity, and capital structure. The sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, there are 85 samples. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and sobel test. The
analysis result show that profitability has a negative and insignificant on capital structure, dividend policy has no effect on capital structure, liquidity has a negative and significant on capital structure, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity has a significant negative effect on firm value, capital structure has no effect on firm value, capital structure is able to mediate profitability, dividend policy and liquidity on firm value.
