Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of communication, extrinsic motivation, and work performance on the performance of village hall employees in the sub-districts of cilacap district. This study uses purposive sampling method to determine the number of samples, the data studied by 105 kuisoner. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, the result of analysis shows that the communication and work environment variables significantly influence the performance of the employees of the village hall in Kroya sub-district, whereas the extrinsic motivation variable has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of the village hall in Kroya sub-district, Cilacap regency. The simultaneous test shows that communication, extrinsic motivation, work environment, simultaneously affect the performance.
