An expedition company is a company engaged in providing goods delivery services assisted by couriers in carrying out their business. The existence of this expedition company brings benefits, especially during the covid-19 pandemic, where the government strictly limits community activities and in the era of internet technology development which is currently quite significant. This study aims to find the implementation of work agreements related to working hours between the courier and the shipping company Mitra Ekspedisi Sejahtera Ltd, Bobotsari Branch, Purbalingga Regency, and legal protection for couriers in the work agreement between the courier and the shipping company Mitra Ekspedisi Sejahtera Ltd, Bobotsari Branch, Purbalingga Regency. The research method used is a normative juridical and empirical juridical research approach using primary data obtained from the case research approach and secondary data obtained from the library research approach. The results showed that the implementation of work agreements related to working hours at the shipping company Mitra Ekspedisi Sejahtera Ltd, Bobotsari Branch, Purbalingga Regency has not complied with the applicable laws and regulations. And the legal protection provided to courier workers at the expedition company Mitra Ekspedisi Sejahtera Ltd of the Bobotsari Branch of Purbalingga Regency has not been given optimally. It is due to the high mobility of people who use the services of shipping companies, resulting in tight courier working hours and exceeding the working hours stipulated in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation.
