Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine empirical evidence of the effect of corporate social responsibility, audit committee and managerial ownership on financial performance. The sample used in this study is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 108 samples were obtained which met the criteria. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Financial performance in this study is proxied using the ratio of Return on Assets (ROA). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that corporate social responsibility has no effect on financial performance, the audit committee has a positive effect on financial performance, while managerial ownership has a negative effect on financial performance.
