This research aimed to analyze the effect of job involvement, budget
participation, the effectiveness of the job relevan information and the environment
uncertainty to the budgetary slack in PT KAI Operational District V Purwokerto. The
data was collected by survey with questionnaire. The 39 samples of 50 samples of
questionnaire to structural staffs in PT KAI Operational District V Purwokerto was
retruned then analyzed by double linier regression.
The reaserch resulted that simultaneously, the job involvement, budget
participation, the effectiveness of the job relevan information and the environment
uncertainty affected positively to budgetary slack. In parsialtesr, it was seen that the
job involvement, budget participation, the effectiveness of the job relevan information
and the environment uncertainty affected positively to budgetary slack. And the
budget participation affected positively to budgetary slack. The result showing that
the budget participation of the employees would be the higher budgetary slack of that
corporation.
