Abstract
The aims of the study are to get the information about the stages of teaching ICT in EFL class, to get the information about the tools of ICT used in EFL Class, and to investigate the kinds of ICT activities in EFL class. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative research. Three English teachers were chosen as subjects of this research which are taken from English Enrichment Program of UMP for 2 months. Observation and interview were taken as instruments to collect the data. The data then analyzed using qualitative data analysis. Based on the result, teachers always use ICT in main activity and rarely use it in opening and closing stage. The result of observation and interview showed that teachers use four tools of ICT such as Power Point slides, Video, Schoology and Padlet because they are easy to be handled and students are already familiar with those tools so they can catch the materials easily. Kinds of activities of using ICT in the class are also various from one teacher to another. It depends on the needs of students and the skills that teacher taught in the class. All teachers always use ICT for individual learning and home work. However, they rarely use it in group discussion.
