The aim of this research was to investigate the types of code-switching used by English teacher in the process of teaching learning English. The participants of this research were two English teachers. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative method. The researcher used purposive sampling. The data was collected by conducting an observation to the participants. The researcher used data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing or verification in analyzing the data. The findings from the data analysis indicated that the types of code-switching were found in three types, namely; inter-sentential code-switching implemented in 5 times, intra-sentential code-switching implemented in 39 times and tag-switching implemented in 2 times.
