Abstract
Rector building of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, which is located in Jalan Raya Dukuhwaluh Purwokerto, was designed by a reinforced beam frame system. The building was built in 2000 and was designed using earthquake loads based on SNI T-15-1991-03. By the Earthquake Resilience Planning Procedure SNI 03-1726- 2012, it was needed to evaluate the performance of the structure of Rector Building of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. To investigate the performance of the building structure, the SNI 03-1726-2012 was used. This research aimed to investigate the performance of the structure of Rector Building of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto viewed from Indonesia Loading Regulation for Buildings (PPIUG 1987), minimum load for the design of buildings and other structures (SNI 1727:2013), the Procedure for Planning Beam Structures for Buildings (SNI 03-2847-2013), and Earthquake Resilience Planning Procedures for Buildings (SNI-1726-2012). This research used SAP2000 version 20 software. Based on the results of the research, it was revealed that there were 135 beam frames. The overstressed columns were categorized as follow: 53 beam frames and 82 column frames.
