This study aimed to find out the implementation of curriculum 2013 by all Pancasila and Civics Education teachers of SMP in Banyumas Regency. This research used descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all Pancasila and Civics Education teachers of SMP in Banyumas Regency with 241 teachers who were members of Pancasila and Civics Education discussion group from 7 sub-rayons. While the number of samples in this study was 146 respondents consisting of 4 sub-rayons namely sub-rayon 1, sub-rayons 2, sub-rayon 3, and sub-rayon 7. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster sampling or sampling area. Questionnaires, interviews, and documentation were used as data collection techniques in this study. Data analysis technique was done by descriptive percentages using tables. The results of data analysis showed that the implementation of curriculum 2013 by all Pancasila and Civics Education teachers of SMP in Banyumas Regency was good with a classification of 80.17%.
