Abstract

Jalan Letjend Suprapto Sokaraja is a connecting lane for the city of Banyumas and the city of Purbalingga with high accessibility. According to the Banyumas Regional Police (2019) there have been 50 accidents in 2016-2018. The purpose of this study was to find out the blackspot hazard points using the Cusum (Cumulative Sumarry) method on the Letjend Suprapto road section and determine the suitability of the geometric standard of the road at the blackspot with the Inter-Procedure for City Road Geometry Planning (TPGJAK). Data retrieval is obtained from several government institutions such as traffic accident data and traffic volume data. Whereas data on field speed, road width, shoulder width are obtained through direct measurements and observations in the field. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the blackspot point on the street Letjend Suprapto Sokaraja is in KM 9 + 490 - KM 10 + 4 with the highest cusum value of 2.4, the width of the line according to the existing regulations, and shoulder width 30% smaller than the minimum standard . In addition, the speed in the field is 63.31 km / hr, the figure shows that the speed in the field exceeds the plan speed of the collector road type, which is 60 km / hr.
