This study aims to describe and explain: (1) forms of violations in environmental ethics; and (2) its effects on environmental ethics. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. The approach used is the eco-critical. Data sources were in the form of 13 environmental short stories published in Kedaulatan Rakyat Newspaper 2017-2018. The results of the study could be concluded as followed, (1) forms of violations of environmental ethics included: (a) three cases of illegal logging; (b) two cases of reclamation; (c) Conversion of Agricultural Land Functions in seven cases; (d) three cases of Biodiversity trading; (e) five cases of Forced Relocation; (f) two cases of Land Burning; (g) a case of Building construction; and (h) five cases of Hazardous Substances Usage; (2) effects of environmental ethics violations included: (a) three cases of Forest Damage; (b) four cases of Land Damage; (c) three cases of Ozone Layer Damage; (d) six cases of Air Pollution; (e) two cases of Water Pollution; (f) A case of Garbage; (g) two cases of Biodiversity extinctions; (h) a case in the extinction of Natural Resources; and (i) a case of the extinction of a spring.
