Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto (UMP) is the largest private university in western Central Java, which is accredited B. UMP has a health facility namely Klinik UMP. The administration of health in the Klinik UMP is also inseparable from the participation of medical records in each health service unit. Medical record services at the Klinik UMP still use a manual medical record recording system that is using a medical record book. Some of the problems that often occur are the recording of medical records is still done by recording in the medical record book, so that human error often occurs, the process of finding patient data takes a long time. Therefore it is necessary to develop a medical record system so that the problems that occur can be solved, namely with a computerized medical record system. The type of research is system development. The development of the system used is the waterfall development model. This research resulted in a computerized medical record system so that the officers were easier in recording the patient's medical record data, searching for the patient's medical record data, the doctor was easier to fill in the patient's disease diagnosis and printing the Klinik UMP medical record report.
