This research focuses on how Most Shocking Second a Day and Still the Most Shocking Second a Day videos reflect the representation of children suffering. These videos were chosen because they contained the issue which was considered as one of the most important world issues: war. This paper is aimed to know the representation of children suffering through the signs in the videos as well as to find out the messages delivered by the videos. The data were taken from the primary data and secondary data. The primary data were taken from the captured pictures of the videos. The data is analyzed by using the theory of Representation by John Fiske. Each datum is analyzed from three levels: reality, representation, and ideology. Meanwhile the secondary data were taken from the books, journals, and articles. It is found that there are some effects of war as well as the role of war children before and after the war represented in the two videos. The videos also delivered messages through videos such as the impact of war to the health condition, losing as a common thing during the war, and haunting trauma caused by war.
