The economic problems in Indonesia need a direct serious concern from the
goverment, and one of them is through the Program Nasional Pemberdayaan
Masyarakat (PNPM) which consists of the independent Rural, the independent Urban
and the Special and Underdeveloped Regions. The PNPM-Mpd in Bantarbolang Sub-
Discrict is an enterprice running a program of providing the loan fo a group bussines
capital. In its service, they have used the Microsoft Excel program. However, there are
still some problems during the process, such as in the process of loan submission an
installment with flate-rate interest. Based on those problems, it needs an Information
System to the help and ease the mentioned processes. This system is build using System
Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the waterfall method. The PHP language and
database using MySql is used in the process of programming language system. This
researchis expeceted to optimize and ease the working process run in PNPM-Mpd in
Bantarbolang.
