Abstract
One type of transportation that can be used as an alternative to help
overcome the problem of transportation needs of the community above is train. The
various advantages possessed by the train are expected to be taken into
consideration in order to become a solution to the increasingly complex urban
transportation problems and also meet the expectations of people living outside the
city of Yogyakarta in general and the people of Purwokerto especially with the
means of transportation that can serve their mobility needs.
This research was conducted by analyzing the data taken from the
questionnaire that had been distributed to Joglosemarkerto executive train
passengers on the Purwokerto - Yogyakarta route. The analytical method used is
the IPA method to see the performance of passenger expectations and the CSI
method to see passenger satisfaction.
The analysis shows that the suitability of passenger expectations obtained
from the calculation using the IPA method with total TKI is 86%, it can be seen
that the total Tki value is still below 100%, then it can be said that the suitability of
passenger expectations in this case is still below consumer expectations that is.
Overall service must still be improved. As well as the performance of the
Joglosemarkerto Executive Train service, it has been very satisfied because the CSI
value obtained is 94%.
