Abstract

Motivation Labor is one of the important elements in implementing a project because of its considerable influence on costs and time of completion of a project work. motivation is the most important impulse to complete the work or task that is given by the boss, it looks like there is good or stable motivation, it will affect the results of the project. guys. The data collection technique uses random sampling. Validity and reliability test with SPSS program with version 24.00 and motivation calculation of Pemalang Batang toll project workers entered with moderate criteria or motivation level of workers in working at Pemalang toll road quite moderately. with total work motivation with frequency 21 with parcent 30.0 valid parcent 30.0 and comululative percent 70.0 with moderate or moderately motivated categories (CT).
