This research aims to examine the effect of proportion of independent commissioners, the number of commissioner board meetings, the size of the audit committee and the number of audit committee meetings on environmental disclosures. The sample in this study was a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2017 period. The method of data collection used purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable proportion of independent commissioners, the number of commissioner board meetings and the number of audit committee meetings have no effect on environmental disclosures. While the size of the audit committee has a positive effect on environmental disclosure.
