Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial
independent variables of competence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to
dependent variable of employee perfomance on PT. Pagilaran Banjarnegara employees. About
113 respondents of PT. Pagilaran Banjarnegara employees become the population in this
research. Data collection techniques in this research used Saturade sampling. The analyis used
in this research are validity test, reability test, classic assumption test, multiple linier regression
analyis, t test and F test. The results of the analyis show partial and simultaneously variables of
competence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly has an effect on
employee performance.
