Abstract
Self Compacting Concrete (Concrete Concrete Compactor) or commonly called SCC concrete is fresh concrete that is very plastic and easy to flow because the weight itself meets concrete molds that contain properties to compact themselves. Concrete SCC is used in the precast concrete industry. At present , large projects use very complex redesign. Projects like this are very suitable to use SCC concrete, because the nature of this concrete is capable of flowing and filling the cavities in the reinforcement. To improve workability and improve the production process of precast concrete. The purpose of this study was to study the aggregate composition and superplasticizer (SikaCim Concrete Additives) with a plan strength of fc '48 MPa. and the aggregate requirement in 1 m3 of concrete is 1622 kg. In this study, the composition of aggregate (stone ash: gravel) is 40: 60, and using a 1.5% superplasticizer obtained 15 samples all of which were carried out, compressive strength test, and test the weight of dry concrete at various ages 3,7,14,21, and 28 days. In a variety of samples 3 samples were carried out. Slump Test Flow was carried out once at the beginning of mixing, and the distribution value was 60 cm (600mm). The highest compressive strength test results were obtained at 28 days with an average compressive strength of 45.75 MPa. And rising high compressive strength was obtained from concrete 7 days to age 14 with an increase of 15.08 MPa.
