Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation, work ethic, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Eka Timur Raya Brebes a sample of 137 employees, using the Solvin formula, data obtained from respondents with research instruments using questionnaires. The method used in this study is the F test. The results show that the variables of leadership, work motivation, work ethic and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. Partial test results show that leadership has no effect on employee performance, work motivation variable does not affect employee performance, work ethic affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance
