Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work discipline and training on employee performance in the Brebes Regency PDAM. The independent variables in this study are transformational leadership style, work discipline and training, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PDAM Brebes Regency. The data collection technique used was accidental sampling, while the sample in this study was 125 employees. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics, test data instruments, classic assumption tests, linear regression analysis. Based on the results show that transformational leadership style variables, work discipline and training have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance.
