Forced billing is the final method of collection whereby the bailiff conveys or notifies the forced letter of confiscation and conduct auctions through the office of the customer's belongings which is the last step in the context of conducting law enforcement in the banking sector. To know the forced billing procedure with the power to sell for credit civil servants at Bank Surya Yudha Kemangkon in 2019 whether it is in accordance with applicable regulations. Based on the results of forced billing research conducted if the customer has exceeded the limit of the installments due for 3 months and above so that the collateral assets will be confiscated and the power to sell by the bank.
