Abstract

This study aimed to find empirical effect evidences of corporate social
responsibility, leverage, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and the
growth of assets to the firm value. The population used in this research is
manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The
sampling technique used is purposive sampling, in order to obtain a sample of 105
that met the criteria. The results showed that the Corporate social responsibility,
managerial ownership and asset growth has a positive effect on firm value,
leverage and institutional ownership has no effect on firm value.
