Planning and controlling is the whole part of construction project management.
The great time controlling is expected can help the process as what have been
planned. Earned Value Method (EVM) is controling method which is used to
control project’s schedule. The aim of this research is to know how the
implementation of Earned Value for estimating final time of finishing project
every week. At Wangon Traditional Market’s development project has been
planned that project will be finish in 18 weeks. In the process during 1st until 3rd
week, project is slower than waht have been planned. In 4th until 18th week, the
performance of project become faster and better than the schedule. During
process, from the 1st until 18th week, there is difference between plan schedule
with performance project, and for the report time, in 5th week the finishing
project have acceleration from the beginning schedule, it is 0,94 week.
